ZizzoTheInfinite: None of the artifact instruments currently have the WIELD_CAST flag. This can actually end up blocking otherwise accessible spells in some circumstances: if, for instance, you're wielding a Harp of Power (+4) and carrying The Harp of Daeron (+1), the usual macro \e\e\e\em@Cast\sa\sspell\n@Clairaudience(IV)\n will find the Clairaudience(IV) spell in the artifact harp first and disallow it there because of its low pval. Adding the WIELD_CAST flag to the artifact instruments appears to fix the problem.
