It is possible to get ego types on certain resurrected monsters via the Raise Dead spell that shouldn't be possible. For example, I just conjured a "Skeleton Gray mushroom patch" - rather absurd, as fungi do not have skeletons. A spectral version would be a bit less ridiculous, but still questionable; I'd think it should only be possible to raise up zombie mushrooms.
