My wonderful hobbit unbeliever luck spawned a spectral jackal on BD 1. I whack merrily away at it as I'm lvl 6 (from doing thieves quest) and it drains me to empty at 1. I go to kill the rest of it's pack and I'm only getting maybe .20 exp for each kill when the monster recall says at lvl 1 I should be getting 1 even.
