Mac OS X 2.3.4 (but also previous OS X builds, in my experience). Entish power of growing trees does not, in fact, produce any trees.

The correct message - "You make the trees grow!" - is produced, but no trees appear. This is true, apparently, regardless of dungeon or level; and is not a case of trees functionally growing but not being on-screen. Annoying / :(.

NeilStevens: Where have you tried this? Mount Doom or something?

EwanMcNay: Apologies for not logging my ID previously :). Tried in towns, assorted dungeons (I spotted the problem early on, so that included Mirkwood and Barrow Downs, also Moria and Orc Cave. No luck. Entish racial power.

shoob: Yep, played around with a entish monk in bree for a while, the trees were very slow growers. Sometimes the trees would not grow at all, mostly only grow on the space below the character
