Describe BugReport839 here: A ring of teleportation when uncursed is something the shopkeeper at 6 in Bree will buy. However, I have just found that an indestructible (uncursed) ring of teleportation is not bought. It should be more valuable not less. I presume it just wasn't included, perhaps?
