Many things are still hard-coded in the executable. Move nearly everything to Lua scripts, except for things like the menus, colors, fonts, graphics, underlying keyboard and display engine, and many things like that. This way it is more customizable. Also allow Forth to be implemented in Lua.

NeilStevens: Well, we do try. ToME 3 has taken so long because we moved so much into lua. :-)
