ElvishPillager
ElvishPillager: Elvish Pillager is this guy, y'know, who uhh...
My unfinished web page is here: http://eli.cedarswampstudios.org/
Characters:
The Master of the Death, the Necromancer/Thaumaturgist winner (my first roguelike winner ever, yay!) but unfortunately he used pretty unreasonably strategies. Nay, extremely unreasonable ones. Including loading a save after a few super-annoying deaths. :/ (since then I have done no save-cheating, yay!)
A dead level 25 RohanKnight Paladin using mainly Mindcraft, Spirituality, and Weaponmastery. He was a nice warrior-mage type character until he died from a Shambling Mound beating on him during an extremely long free-act-ignoring paralysis caused by a backfiring mindcraft spell.
Krumpfwylthyn, the dead level 40 Melkor-worshipping RohanKnight Zombie Haftedmaster, who just maxxed out the four weapon skills (Combat, Weaponmastery, Haftedmastery, and Stunning-blows). He was wielding a flipped Flail of Morgul with +10 luck. (Probably if he hadn't been wielding it he wouldn't have died... Melkor should know not to summon monsters for players with Aggravate, lol)
Dwilbo the level 26 Eru-worshipping Hobbit Hermit Possessor, R.I.P. Died by stepping on the wrong wilderness square.
Yachuinth the Winner. /Yachuinth
Defluerod, the One Who Is Frustrated With Carrying Tons Of Scrolls And Potions. /Defluerod
Chatter
ReenenLaurie: My brother is also a BIG fan of Starcon2/Ur-Quan Masters! I wonder if they are planning multiplayer Super Melee via TCP/IP... Haven't been to the site yet.
ElvishPillager: It's obviously a near-universally desired feature, but I know of no plans to implement it. Anyway, I've looked at the code - it's so horrible, they'd probably be better off rewriting the engine as well.
