While Yaehs is no Ygg, he ain't doing bad either. The highest I'd gotten before him is level 29. Huzzah!

My current short-term goal is the poisoned water quest (just for the street cred). Medium-term, I'm gearing up for Gondolin Trolls, Maeglin, and Numenor, in no particular order. I am way beyond the farthest I have ever been in the game -- fortunately, I have been taking on most challenges ridiculously late (Uvatha went down in two manathrusts, for example), and so I have had a reserve.

Scariest moments:

- A sea of greater wall monsters guarding a half-looted vault in the sandworm lair, and me with almost no HP or SP. I could have recalled out at almost any moment, but I kept on dancing and globe of lighting... dang near got me killed, but at least it got my adrenaline flowing.

- The Galleon, which I'd heard of but wasn't really expecting. Two words: Greater Kraken.

- The Galleon Part II! Two words: eye drujs.

- Erebor: waltzing along not paying much attention and all of a sudden I'm a "4" due to one poison breath from some odd dragon. If I'd been leaning on the keys any more it'd all be over.

Funniest moment:

- "OK, I'll give this randart of acquirement ONE LAST CH -- hmm, "Elfstone of Elessar," now THAT sounds good!

ErisDiscordia: First update - only a few hours since posting, but am now wearing a GREAT +40% life armor with nice resists -- I've now got everything nicely covered but nether. Found some of the most famous artifacts, mathomed some stuff. And FF just brought my symbiosis up to 0.400 just for bumping off a dozen or so ethereal dragons! Looks like I might get some summoning from my moldy friends... looks like I'll have to alter inertia control soon: it's currently set to Vapor. Guess I'll set it to autocast Sense Monsters.

Probability travel is becoming a mainstay for me. Many thanks to Yottle for suggesting I use it almost constantly. It's already literally saved my once, when I got a Great Crystal Drake princess quest, decided to take it on, and had no shard resistance.

I'm gradually becoming curious as to why the Star of Elendil is so beloved. We'll see!
