ShoOb: I was thinking how it seemed a little out of place to have wormtongue in Bree without Saruman, so I thought maybe put Bill Ferny in there with a couple of half-orc rogues. Wormtongue could then be put as a quest in Edoras, with maybe Helm's Deep and Saruman as the other 2 quests there.

Should I make an additional page for the Edoras quests?
