RavenRed: Just a quick idea. Why should the Valar only benefit your mystic skills... why shouldn't they benefit the slightly more mundane but equally important skills of brawlin', shootin' and disarmin'?

For example, Ulmo could give a Polemastery bonus... perhaps at Prayer Skill : 10. Yavanna would predictably give a decent bonus to "Monster Lore", whereas Mandos would definitely bestow some ability at corpse preservation upon his faithful. Tulkas on the other hand would be far more martial, with Barehand Combat and perhaps even Weaponmastery being benefits from his patronage...

Any thoughts?
