A module based on the slightly *coughcough* Tolkenien works of Raymond E. Feist. The two worlds of Kelewan and Midkemia provide a wide array of monsters, classes, gods and races for use in a module, many of which can be easily adapted to ToME
MassimilianoMarangio: Do you want to include a Valheru race ?
RavenRed: No. Too cheesy for a startup option. However, quest armours (like Tomas) may allow you to "become" a Valheru, similar to the (old) Vampire Corruption. For the same reason, I'm chary of Greater Path Mages, although disallowing their access to many utility spells would be one way of balancing them out.
DarkGod: Been a long time since I read it but I have nice memories of it, I'm looking forward to it
ReenenLaurie: Is this a module in the making, or is it a 'proposed' module? I don't see a link to it so I presume the later.
NerdanelVampire: This is listed in module ideas in Modules.
RavenRed: Not yet. It's on my to-do list, although Modules/Annals of the Riftwar/Ideas will gratefully accept suggestions!
RavenRed: Good suggestions, Massimiliano! I held back from putting in Thun and Cho-Ja, thinking they might be better as monsters rather than Characters, but you're right, they're perfectly valid. And as for demons... you're thinking of the Saaur Loremaster (no relation to ToME Loremasters!) in the Demonking sequence, aren't you? I suppose he'd be a posessor, if we wanted to get technical...
MassimilianoMarangio: Well, I read it a long time ago, and I can only remember bits of the series.
