NerdanelVampire: I've been getting the following error message after I retrieved the file:

error: invalid type in variable assignment.
     value is 'nil'; 'number' expected.

stack traceback:
   1: C
   2: `settable' tag method [C]
   3: function <64:file `/scripts/ai/soldier.lua'> at line 79
error: invalid type in variable assignment.
     value is 'nil'; 'number' expected.

NeilStevens: When does this happen? How far along in the plot are you?

NerdanelVampire: The error message seems related to the T companions, I think. I started getting them after I retrieved the file from the bottom of the dungeon and started to travel back up.

By the way, firearms are SO overpowered. And I've kept into melee until half an hour ago!

NeilStevens: Please discuss this on the chatter page or in a separate bug report, thanks. And when you do, let me know what you mean by 'overpowered' and 'kept into melee'.
