Zodiac

Replaces the subraces with starsigns. The different starsigns have bonuses and in some cases new powers. I borrowed from the berserk script by vrack for one of the astrological signs.

Replaced the Tolkien races with semihumans. Semihumans are human base people that have been altered into new species by magic, location, and diefic interventsion. Semihumans are playable, but I will continue working on new powers and abilities for them.

Everything else is the same is standard TOME for now.
