About myself as a ToME Player

Particularly fond of the plain warrior type, especially the standard RohanKnight Swordsmaster, though all of my characters have a high emphasis on Magic Device skill as well. Getting into adding Symbiosis from FumbleFingers quests, purely because Symbiants are fun Have been experimenting recently with Sorcerors, but not getting terribly far. I prefer my characters not to be quite so fragile.

Progress: Character (Kediron, the Classic RohanKnight Swordmaster) with Ringil is still alive, and has had one hell of a lucky escape. See "Lucky Escapes" in the General Discussion for details. I don't actually use the Ringil now, unless I need to hit +30 speed - it got disenchanted too much in some Nazgul skirmishes. The Vorpal Blade is an excellent substitute Haved managed to kill Sauron with this char, and destroy the One, as well as the majority of the high level uniques - Gothmog, Vecna, Cantoras, Kronos, Atlas, Qlzqqlzuup... Let's hope I can make him into a winner. I'll certainly have a good try... once I manage to actually find Sauron again to kill him. Grrrrrrr...

Am also proud to have contributed to a new module, I'm the one who created the idea for the joke monster "The Right Wing Fanatic" - powerful summoner that causes insanity and confusion. Drops the Shield of the Right Wing - powerful, but with issues... I wonder who on earth I could possibly have based it on... someone presidential, perhaps?

Homosexual postgraduate student, doing a PhD in materials sciences at Cambridge University, England. Total chocoholic. Fond of scrabble and other word games. Addicted to ToME, and reading wikipedia. Currently single. Enjoy good food, and cooking for myself and friends. Cycle everywhere. Play lots of emulated games, especially NES, Megadrive/Genesis and BBC Micro.
