It increases your strength, constitution and attack speed by 2. It drains life from your foes. It provides immunity to paralysis. It provides resistance to life draining, confusion, nether, nexus and chaos. It drains experience (50%) or it aggravates nearby creatures (50%). It prevents teleportation. It is heavily cursed. It cannot be harmed by acid, cold, lightning or fire.

Note: You can only gain this blade by killing it (the Stormbringer, a ZAngband monster).
