A great ridged mace that calls around you a nimbus of living lightning; you remain utterly untouched even as fat sparks arc around your fingers and eyebrows.
It can be wielded two-handed. It can be activated for speed (dur 20+d20) every 250 turns if it is being worn. It does extra damage from electricity. It is a great bane of dragons. It provides immunity to electricity.
