It increases your intelligence, wisdom, charisma, infravision, luck and spell power by 12. It increases your mana capacity by 240%. It provides immunity to fire. It provides resistance to acid, electricity, fire and cold. It allows you to see invisible monsters. It allows you to sense the presence of demons and evil beings. It can't attack.
It also grants the power of precognition like the Ring of Precognition.
