This old potion is supposed to grant more learning power to its user.

The Potion of Learning is exceptionally rare artifact potion, which grants additional skill points when quaffed. The amount of skill points is:

4 to 6, with extremely low luck.

4 to 10, normally.

4 to 14, with extremely high luck.
