The Shadow Cloak of Luthien ([6, +20]) is an Artifact that is the goal of the SpecialLevel The Crypt, found on level 70 of Angband. As far as dependable artifacts go, this is one of the easier if you know what you are doing to obtain, and quite useful for most people.
It can be activated for restore life levels every 450 turns.

It provides resistance to acid, fire and cold.
