Make yourself a favor and turn 'maximise stats' to NO. This will allow you to gain 5 stat points more from each stat potion type!!!
Yeeks are -5 luck. This means much less artifacts found, and much less rare artifact found, than other races (especially if you're an undead yeek). You 90% likely to have luck less than zero, allowing death fates to occur.
Yeek alchemists can get level about 26 from throwing a potion of detonations to a 2-headed Hydra. This makes the barrows-down boring.
The fast leveling means almost-certain doom around level 45 unless you accept the quest but delay actually doing anything about it until you are much more powerful (this "cheat"(?) still works in 2.3.0).
Fast leveling may interfere with getting all 5 God quests, since you level quickly. In versions prior to 2.2.7 you could get away with potions of lose memory and gaining a level again to get a god quest, but that does not work anymore.
MayLith: Modemcable, this means you. Stop re-editing this! God quests cannot be scummed anymore. I don't want to have to edit this again.
Kalirion: I was still able to scum god quests in 2.2.7. Maybe 2.3.0 fixes this?
SimonSorc: You can still scum the first quest in 2.3.0 I think? It's written in bug reports somewhere...
ErisDiscordia: It's BugReport241.
It is possible for an *experienced* player to win with a yeek spectre/hermit sorcerer or another class of yeek. Yes, the stars mean like in the game "greater than normal".
Yeek zombies have the hit dice of classical humans, but are still -5 CON (approx -2.5 HP per level) and low abilities(magic device, etc - mostly not true in 2.3.0) and it kinda spoils their fast leveling advantage...
