Hello, I am Kernigh. Most of my experience with RogueLike games is in NetHack, but I have played ToME 2.3.3 and 2.3.4. I tend to play Elf or High-Elf characters. I now play ToME frequently because I have a character, Agrelaa, who failed to die early.

I play using OpenBSD. ToME would crash immediately after startup, but I have a patch in BugReport615 that prevents that.

TobiasParker: You should make your userpage just your name that way when you post something someone can just click on your name to see this page.

NeilStevens: If his account name is UserPageKernigh, then it's best if his personal page has the same name, though.

UserPageKernigh: I tried to solve the my-name-does-not-have-an-uppercase-letter-in-the-middle problem by calling my account "UserPageKernigh" so that my userpage is at UserPageKernigh like it would be on a wiki running TikiWiki, which prepends "UserPage" to all user pages. Since this wiki is MoinMoin and not TikiWiki, that might not have worked well.

DarkGod: to record movies why don't you just use the cmovies feature of ToME ?

UserPageKernigh: Currently I am using the same ttyrec software that I use for Linley's Dungeon Crawl and various NetHack variants. I already have programs which play ttyrecs; I use them to watch my old roguelike adventures. I have not yet tried the cmovie feature (and am not sure what exactly it does).
