NeilStevens: By the way, I've locked FrontPage and RecentChanges to editing to avoid the obvious forms of vandalism. FrontPage is only writable by those in AdminGroup (only me so far, others to come). So, let me know if you have suggestions for improvements on those pages. What's on there now is just what came off the top of my head when I finally got the MoinMoin installation working with good URLs. It's not intended to be the final word.

Also, I'm a total novice to Wiki administration and MoinMoin usage. I'm learning with you all.

Only AdminGroup people can delete a page, either. So, to rename a page, you must copy the content from the old to the new, then post a request on Deletion Requests to delete the old.
