1. User makes new page
2. User makes old page clearly 'old', marking it 'Delete me' or something as whole body.

3. User changes DeletionRequests page

4. Neil views DeletionRequests page

5. Neil deletes other page

6. Neil DeletionRequests this page

it would be:

1. Moves page.

2. User edits old page to include "CategoryDeletionRequested"

3. Neil hits a aglomeration page that has all of the CategoryDeletionRequested pages.

4. Neil blasts away.
5. There is no 5. Or 6.
