Introduction

I've started this combo - Ent Loremaster worshipping Eru with ironman rooms - to get some hang of ironman rooms, because all previous ironman characters didn't get anywhere and to check the bare-handed dragon possessor tricks, maybe preparing for ultra win with its successor. Eru for ease of exploration.

This experiment went extremely well - my main quest is now set to "collect all artifacts you can". I'm restrictive with using mass summoning here - bare-handed works well enough. Endgame equipment set I'm aiming for: Nenya, Narya, Vilya, the Ring of Tulkas, the Ring of Phasing, the Ring of Precognition swapped with good RoSlaying, Arkenstone, Elessar, randart BDSM, Tuor, Gondor.

Chatter

some comments by the author: The majority of figths I take with bare-handed combat. Only once I must have resorted to mass summoning - when Necromancer and Gothmog run wild with summoning demons and undead. After that fight I got Precognition and Home Summoning, which are useful. Everything else was just easy... with some preparation - Lay of Protection here and there watches my back usually. Quests were very easy too - I did Nirnaeth Arnoediad on clvl 40 - and strategy wasn't too fancy - trolls and hrus all pile on me, I beat'em up. Thunderlords quest was even easier - those Thunderlords couldn't even scratch my tree (courtesy of triple immunity cloak and over 340 points of AC). Oh, this snakeskin cloak is nice, isn't it? I found it when I searched for Rod of Disarming at the beginning of the journey :D These 4 mass geno junkarts are nice too.

ZV: very pleasant character. endgame was easy, I just pounded everything heavily with bare-handed combat and breaths (Gravity cleared vaults nicely, as 'blinked' monsters couldn't stay inside the vault). I didn't resort to summoning at all since showdown with Gothmog and Necromancer.

Now I maybe will play this character some more to get missing artifacts (i've changed slighlty info files to be able to get otherwise unfindable [it's not the newest CVS]things like Mellyrn, Garachoth, Skycleaver and Stormbringer). I still lack boots of Feanor, Sting, Glaive of Pain, Aeglos, Trident of Wrath, Staff of Olorin, Pick of Erebor, Naturebane, Seeker Bolt of Feanor, Palantir of Minas Ithil, Blade of Ephel Duat, Skycleaver, Garachoth, ?oDeincarnation, Ration of Health, Staff of Mithrandir & Dragon Helm of Thrain.

I wonder about going into the void. I'm not sure I can barehand everything and I'm not keen on using summon very powerful dragons, so maybe I will leave it for another day, another character.
